30-Day Return Policy
If your order isn't quite what you expected, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
How returns work
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Sale Items
Items purchased as part of our $79 Launch Set offer or via promotional discounts are fully eligible for our standard 30-day return and size exchange promise. Clear-out items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on our storefront are final, except in cases of manufacturing faults in strict accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
