What size should I buy if I am between sizes?

Do I need to size up for the tops to layer clothing underneath?
No, you do not need to size up. Every top is crafted with a built-in 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) chest ease. This means the actual garment chest circumference is physically larger than your body measurement to comfortably accommodate base layers, underscrubs, and thermal tops without feeling restrictive.
How do the pants fit around the hips and seat?
Our pants feature a 3-inch (7.6 cm) low hip ease to give you total freedom of movement when bending, lifting, and squatting. The elastic waistband and integrated drawstring ensure that the waist sits comfortably secure while leaving plenty of room through your hips and thighs.
How do I know which pants length (inseam) to choose?
Grab your favorite pair of pants, lay them flat, and measure from the crotch seam straight down to the ankle hem. Compare it to our three fit lengths:
Petite (28.0 in / 71 cm): Generally best for individuals 5'3" (160 cm) and under.
Regular (30.5 in / 77 cm): Standard fit optimized for heights 5'4" to 5'7" (163–170 cm).
Tall (33.0 in / 84 cm): Long-frame fit optimized for heights 5'8" (173 cm) and above.
Note: If you are purchasing our Jogger style, the ribbed cuffs are designed to sit slightly above the ankle bone depending on your height.

Will these scrubs shrink in the wash?
Our premium fabric blend is specifically engineered for commercial laundry settings and features anti-shrink tech. To maintain the integrity, color vibrancy, and soft stretch of the fibers over years of shifts, we recommend washing in cool or warm water and tumble drying on low heat.
